Goalkeeper training

RYSA will sponsor two, one-hour basic training sessions for kids playing keeper for their RYSA teams. This is a co-ed training session open to all u10 and u13 players of the league. The first session begins at 5pm and the second begins at 6pm. At the end of each one-hour session, players should take away basic keeper knowledge and techniques that will set them up for success to them defend their goal and have fun playing! This is free event, coached by a former college goalkeeper. ⚽️When : Friday, April 8, 2022

The Roswell Youth Soccer Association (the “Association”) is a nonprofit organization that relies on volunteer coaches and participants. All coaches, volunteers, players, and other participants act in an individual capacity unless expressly authorized in writing by the Association. Any statements, representations, communications, or conduct by such individuals—whether verbal, written, or online—are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views, policies, or positions of the Association.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, including New Mexico law, the Association disclaims responsibility for any unauthorized acts, omissions, statements, commitments, or representations made by coaches, volunteers, or participants. This includes, but is not limited to, matters involving instruction, supervision, safety, medical guidance, transportation, financial commitments, or communications with third parties.

Nothing stated or done by any coach, volunteer, or participant shall be construed as creating any contractual obligation, waiver of rights, or binding commitment on behalf of the Association unless expressly approved in writing by an authorized representative of the Association.

While volunteers may receive certain legal protections when acting in good faith and within the scope of authorized duties, such protections do not extend to conduct that is outside assigned responsibilities or that involves reckless, willful, or intentional misconduct. Further, under applicable law, the Association may still be subject to claims arising from the acts or omissions of individuals acting on its behalf.

Participation in Association activities is voluntary. Participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge and assume responsibility for their own decisions and actions. The Association disclaims liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for any injury, loss, or damages arising from the acts or omissions of coaches, volunteers, or participants that are outside the scope of officially sanctioned duties, policies, and programs.
